About the Event
Academic research on controversial, sensitive, or politically charged topics presents unique challenges and opportunities for knowledge mobilization (KM). This specialist meeting will bring together a select group of academic experts to share effective KM strategies, insights, and best practices, with a focus on maximizing impact and minimizing risks associated with disseminating research findings to diverse public audiences.
This event is being convened as part of the Social Media Lab’s work developing an easy-to-use toolkit to help early-career researchers choose the right strategies for sharing their work more broadly.
FUTURE COLLABORATIVE OPPORTUNITIES
