The focus was on exploring the impact of propaganda on media credibility and how journalists can respond to propaganda narratives to provide their audiences with accurate information. The event provided a platform for media professionals and researchers from Germany and Canada to come together and discuss these critical issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the event, Anatoliy Gruzd, Co-Director of the Social Media Lab, participated in a panel discussion on &#8220;War Propaganda and Counter-Propaganda in Social Media.&#8221; In this panel, he shared the Lab&#8217;s recent research on <a href=\"https:\/\/socialmedialab.ca\/web\/2022\/07\/11\/are-canadians-immune-to-russian-propaganda\/\">the Reach of Russian Propaganda &amp; Disinformation<\/a>.
