G<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ruzd established the first social media research laboratory in North America. His lab is internationally recognized and attracts a diverse range of outstanding multidisciplinary <a href=\"https:\/\/socialmedialab.ca\/web\/2017\/07\/12\/visiting-scholar-dr-lina-gomez-ligova\/\">scholars<\/a> from around the world each year. He is also the cofounder of the annual International <a href=\"https:\/\/socialmediaandsociety.org\">Conference<\/a> on Social Media and Society.
