We recently completed a census-balanced survey of 1,500 Canadians to learn more about what social media platforms they are currently using in 2025.
Our analysis revealed that while familiar platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram continue to dominate, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit show a noticeable increase.

Fast-forward to Winter 2025: Newly collected data (n=1,500) suggests that X’s user base now skews somewhat more toward center- and right-leaning users than left-learning.
