David’s research uses social media to evaluate the emerging trend of ‘Digital Transformation’. Similar to terms like ‘Big Data’, Digital Transformation is a technology-focused trend that is quickly gaining popularity, while remaining difficult for researchers to define. The research project examines the evidence of ‘hype’ in online conversations around Digital Transformation. Using sentiment and emotional analysis techniques, the projects seeks to provide guidance for researchers and managers approaching the topic.
